General Terms and Conditions of Babylons Broker Company Policy

*. Definitions and Terms

The Company: refers to Babylons Broker, and includes all its branches, agents, employees and representatives

The Client: the person or entity who opens an account with the Company, including individuals, companies and other legal entities

The Agent: the person or entity who represents the Client in dealings with the Company, including marketing agents and financial advisors

*. Account Opening Conditions

Required Documents:

  • Valid Passport
  • National Card or Personal Identity
  • Driver's License or Driving License
  • Personal Photo taken via Mobile Phone

Age Requirements:

The Client must be over 18 years old. If the Client is under the legal age in his country, he must provide approval from the legal guardian

Verification Process:

The verification process may take from minutes to several hours depending on the time and circumstances. The Company reserves the right to request additional documents or information if necessary

Demo Account: The Client can open a demo account only before full documentation. The demo account allows the Client to get acquainted with the trading environment and test his strategies without risking real money

*. Bonus Account (Welcome)

An account provided to a new Client once and the necessary conditions for this account must be observed

  • The Trader can trade the Bonus as a regular deposit. Your margin funds support during trading.
  • Bonus funds (Welcome Bonus) can only be deposited into the Standard Account type.
  • When the Trader transfers funds from the Standard Account to another Account type, the Bonus will be withdrawn in full.
  • Abusive strategies are strictly prohibited, and abuse of the Bonus is considered a breach of this Agreement. In case of its commission, the Company has the right to confiscate the capital and profits upon accrual of the abuse without any explanation.
  • The Welcome Bonus is granted exclusively to one member of the family and cannot be claimed by another member.
  • The Internet IP address is a key factor in granting the bonus; therefore, the use of similar IP address bonuses is prohibited.
  • The minimum amount of profit resulting from the use of the Welcome Bonus that a trader can withdraw is $100 or its equivalent in any other currency.
  • Bonus funds are granted per person and not per account.
  • Withdrawal of funds from the account or internal transfer brings about the cancellation of the bonus. The bonus will be canceled in proportion to the balance size at the time of withdrawal.
  • The trader can request the cancellation of the negative balance in his account. In this case, all bonus funds will also be canceled.
  • The bonus cannot be transferred by internal transfer.
  • Trade the Welcome Bonus with a leverage of 1:100.
  • The Company provides the bonus account for trading with a certain lot size and a specific expiration date.
  • All information sent must be owned by one person. In case we discover manipulation of the information sent, the Welcome Bonus and all profits resulting from it will be withdrawn.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse the bonus balance or cancel all previously accrued bonus funds without any explanation.
  • The Company does not bear any responsibility (direct or indirect) for the consequences of canceling (or not charging) bonus funds and encourages ignoring bonus funds in the account of the trader's risk management and/or trading strategies.

Standard Plus:

This is the basic account and is included in the promotions. It features competitive spreads and special offers on deposits and trading

Zero:

A virtually zero spread account with high leverage of up to 1/1000. This account is suitable for traders looking for the lowest trading costs

Pro:

A dedicated account for professionals, featuring low spreads and a commission of $4 per lot. This account provides advanced trading tools and special support services

VIP:

A premium account that offers very low spreads without commissions. Clients receive personal support services and priority in executing orders

*. Financial Terms

Minimum Deposit:

The minimum deposit to open a Standard Plus account is $100. Minimum deposits may vary depending on the type of account

Fees and Charges:

There are no service fees on most accounts. However, commissions may apply to some accounts such as the Pro account. The client should review the schedule of fees and charges before opening an account

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods:

There are several methods for depositing and withdrawing, including bank transfer, credit cards, and electronic wallets. Each method has a different verification process and specific requirements. The client should review the details of each method on the company’s website

Responsibility for Errors:

The company is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect transfers or delays in depositing or withdrawing. The client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in transfers

Protection of Client Funds:

The company is committed to protecting client funds and separating them from the company’s operational funds. Clients' funds are deposited in segregated bank accounts in accordance with applicable financial laws and regulations

Financial Risks:

Trading in financial markets involves high risks, including loss of capital. The client must ensure that he fully understands the risks associated with trading before opening an account

Return Policy:

The company does not provide any refunds in the event that the error is caused by the client. All financial requests must be made accurately and in accordance with approved procedures

Hidden Fees:

There are no hidden fees. All fees and costs are disclosed clearly and transparently. The client has the right to review any unclear or questionable fees with customer support

*. Rights and Obligations of Clients

Rights of the Client:

  • Receive clear and transparent information about the services provided and applicable fees
  • Protection of personal data and assurance of not being used for unlawful purposes
  • Submit complaints and receive clear responses in a timely manner

Obligations of the Client:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate and complete information when opening an account and during trading
  • Not use the account for illegal or unlawful purposes

Rights of the Company:

  • Verify the accuracy of the information provided by the client
  • Suspend or close the account in case of violation of the terms and conditions
  • Amend the terms and conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Obligations of the Company:

  • Provide high-quality services in accordance with the agreed terms
  • Protect and maintain the confidentiality of client data
  • Provide accessible and professional customer support

Performance Reports:

The client is provided with periodic performance reports including details of trades, profits, and losses. The client should regularly review these reports to ensure account accuracy

Dispute Resolution:

Immediate Account Termination:

The company reserves the right to immediately terminate the client's account in case of any illegal or fraudulent activity. The client will be notified of the action taken and its reasons

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in accordance with changes in laws and regulations. The client will be notified of any amendments via email

Notifications:

All notifications and important information are sent via the specified email. The client is obligated to regularly check their email to stay informed of updates

Client Approval:

By opening an account, the client agrees to all terms and conditions. The company is not responsible if the client is unaware of these terms

The client can contact customer support for any inquiries or issues. Support is provided via phone and email to ensure the required service is provided

Confidentiality of Information:
